FOR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
You should plan on 60-90 minutes for your first appointment. At this time, we will take your medical history, perform an ultrasound, complete the diagnosis and discuss a treatment plan thoroughly with you.Your diagnosis may require only a conservative approach such as leg elevation and/or compression stockings. Compression stockings (a much higher compression than regular support hose) are important for either a conservative or surgical treatment method. We will measure you for the correct personalized fit. For your convenience we will order the stockings and have them shipped to you within 2 days.
Please bring a form of identification and your insurance or Medicare card with you. Once a treatment plan is established, we will obtain pre-certification from your insurance company if one is needed.
